The San Diego County Rockhoppers walking club was organized in 1985 to promote non-competitive walking
events in the scenic and historic areas of San Diego County.
We enjoy both the social and fitness aspects of walking.
 We encourage everyone with an interest in walking for pleasure or exercise in San Diego County to join our group. However, you do not need to be a member to participate in our organized walking events held throughout the year. The Rockhoppers have scheduled walks held every month or two during the year, as well as nineteen (19) "Year-Round" events that are available at any time throughtout the year.
